May I remind you that I have received no reply to my
letter of the 6th November last regarding the question of
landing-rights at Hongkong?
Have you found it possible to obtain copies of the
actual landing-rights, if any, held by the Eastern Extension
Telegraph Company in respect of the five cables specified in
the footnote on page 95 of the print of Colonial Concessions?
